By placing an order on Fitghar.in, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing.
🛒 1. Product Availability
All products listed are subject to availability. While we try to keep stock updated, certain items may be temporarily unavailable. In such cases, we will notify you immediately and suggest alternatives or refund the amount.
💵 2. Pricing & Payments
- All prices are listed in INR (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
- For orders within Lucknow: We offer UPI on Delivery.
- For orders outside Lucknow: Full payment must be made in advance.
- We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
🚚 3. Delivery Policy
- Lucknow Orders: We aim for same-day delivery on working days (Mon–Sat). Orders after 5 PM may be delivered next working day.
- PAN India Orders: Delivery is available on request. Charges are confirmed with the courier partner and shared with the buyer. We process the order only after buyer approval.
- Fitghar.in is not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services.
🔁 4. Return & Exchange Policy
- Returns are accepted only for:
- Damaged items
- Wrong products sent
- Buyer must notify us within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or email.
- Items must be unused and in original packaging.
- Delivery and return pickup charges will be deducted from the refund.
- Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 5–7 business days.
❌ 5. Cancellations
Orders once confirmed can only be canceled before dispatch. Once the product is out for delivery, cancellation is not possible.
🔒 6. Privacy & Data
We respect your privacy. Any personal details (phone, email, address) shared during purchase are used strictly for order processing and communication. We do not sell or misuse your data.
⚖️ 7. Disputes & Jurisdiction
All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.

1️⃣ Order Processing
- Orders placed before 5 PM are usually eligible for same-day delivery within Lucknow, excluding Sundays.
- For orders outside Lucknow, delivery is handled via third-party logistics and processed only after advance payment confirmation.
2️⃣ Delivery Policy
- Same-day delivery is available only in Lucknow (working days).
- For orders below ₹15,000, standard delivery charges apply.
- Free delivery is applicable only on orders worth ₹15,000 and above (within Lucknow).
3️⃣ Return & Replacement
- Returns are accepted only for:
- Damaged products
- Wrong items delivered
- Customer must report issues within 24 hours of receiving the order.
- Products must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in original packaging.
- In return cases, delivery and pickup charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
4️⃣ Payment Terms
- We offer UPI Payment on Delivery within Lucknow.
- For orders outside Lucknow, full advance payment is required after confirming delivery charges.
- We do not accept cash, cheques, or credit cards at the time of delivery.
5️⃣ Bulk Orders
- For large or repeated orders (from builders, contractors, or societies), please contact us directly for a customized quote.
- Delivery time and payment terms may vary based on order volume and location.
6️⃣ Product Availability & Pricing
- All product images are for reference only. Actual product design may vary slightly.
- Prices and stock availability are subject to change without notice.
- In case a product becomes unavailable after order, we will inform you and offer a replacement or refund.
7️⃣ Website Use
- You agree not to misuse the website or share false information while placing an order.
- Fitghar.in reserves the right to reject or cancel any suspicious or incomplete order.
