1️⃣ Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver only within Lucknow city limits. If you’re unsure about your area, feel free to message us on WhatsApp before placing an order.

2️⃣ Do you offer same-day delivery?

Yes! We aim to deliver all confirmed orders on the same day, except Sundays. Orders placed late in the day may be delivered the next morning.

3️⃣ Is there any delivery charge?

  • ✅ Orders above ₹15,000 get FREE delivery
  • 🛵 For smaller orders, delivery charges will be calculated based on distance and added at checkout or informed during order confirmation.

4️⃣ How can I place an order?

You can:

  • Order directly through our website (fitghar.in)

We’ll confirm availability and delivery time quickly.

5️⃣ How do I pay on delivery?

We offer UPI Payment on Delivery (No cash accepted).
When your order arrives, our delivery partner will ask you to pay via UPI.

➡️ You will receive our UPI ID or QR Code on your phone via WhatsApp at the time of delivery.
You can scan and pay using Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, or any UPI app.

We currently offer selected products from trusted brands like:

All items are sourced directly from authorized local wholesalers.

7️⃣7️⃣ Can I return or exchange a product?

Yes, returns are accepted in these cases:

  • Damaged item received
  • Wrong product sent

But please note:

Items must be unused and in original condition

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

Delivery and pickup charges will be deducted from your refund amount.

Yes, we’re constantly expanding our range. Message us with your requirement — we’ll try to arrange it from our supplier network.
